Agreement
This agreement sets out the legally binding terms of using our website. These terms may be modified by Dhibook without prior notice. This agreement includes Dhibook's Privacy Policy, and any notices regarding the web site. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions you must not use this Website.
Age Limit
You must be 18 or over to sign up as a member of Dhibook or use the web site. Membership in the service is void where prohibited. By using the web site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this agreement.
Sharing Your Content and Information
You own all of the content and information you post on Dhibook, and you can control how it is shared through your privacy and application settings. In addition:
- For content that is covered by intellectual property rights, like photos, videos and music ("IP content"), you specifically grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any IP content that you post on or in connection with Dhibook ("IP License"). This IP License ends when you delete your IP content or your account unless your content has been shared with others and they have not deleted it.
- When you delete IP content, it is deleted in a manner similar to emptying the recycle bin on a computer.
- When you publish content or information using the "everyone" setting, it means that everyone, including people off of Dhibook, will have access to that information and we may not have control over what they do with it.
Usage
You will not post or send to other members any information that is defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, slanderous, threatening, harassing, racially offensive or illegal. You will not discriminate other members for their sexual orientation. You will not send spam messages/posts to members on this site (which includes but is not limited to sending/requesting financial information, advertising, etc.). You will also not post or send to any members any material that infringes or violates another's rights (including but not limited to intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity). Violating any of these will lead to remove your account on our website. We reserve the right, but has no obligation, to reject any profiles/accounts it deems unacceptable.
You will not advertise other sites or businesses, attempt to scam or defraud members, send spam, or anything related to advertising to our members or publish such information anywhere on the site. You will not attempt to obtain personal contact information, financial information, etc. from members you do not know, or against their wishes. Violating any of these will lead to a permanent ban of your membership and IP(s). In addition, we keeps extensive logs and we will not hesitate to contact the police and/or our lawyer.
You are only allowed to create one account (one account per unique person). Creating multiple accounts and/or impersonating other persons will lead directly to a permanent ban of all your accounts and IP(s). If there is an error in the information loaded, or any updates/changes to the information are required, please contact the staff promptly for assistance.
Monitoring of information
We reserve the right to monitor all the information you publish or display on the service or send to other members to ensure that you do not violate our terms of use.
Removal of information
While we do not and cannot review all the information you publish or display on the service or send to other members, and are not responsible for any content of these messages or materials, we reserve the right, but are not obligated, to delete, move, or edit messages or materials, that we, in our sole discretion, deem to violate our terms of use.
Our Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel your membership at any time for any reason, without prior notice. The reason will be justified if this becomes necessary; however we are under no obligation to provide such justification. Inactive accounts might be deleted, and an account is defined as inactive if either a) no messages has been sent from the account and the account has not been signed in to during the last 60 days, or b) if the account has not been signed in to during the last 360 days. Incomplete accounts might be deleted after 7 days, and accounts containing junk or inappropriate data might be deleted immediately.
Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the information you publish or display on the service or send to other members. Your profile will be available to the public, including but not limited to internet search engine services. You are responsible to keep your password safe, and you will be held responsible for any actions done with the use of your account. We will NOT be held responsible for ANY information published by its members.
We are not liable for loss of data or any damages the service might cause you, your computer, or anything else related to you.
Warranty
We give no warranty or guarantee about the availability of the service. It is provided "as is", and may be discontinued or changed at any time without prior notice.
